Due to the nature of incense and fragrance products, all sales made through our website are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
No Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We request customers to carefully review their order details before completing the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, we require:

After reviewing the issue, and if the product is found to be damaged or defective, we may, at our sole discretion:

Please note that refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
