Return & Cancellation Policy

At Pure Fragrances Asia Agarbatti, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our incense and fragrance products, we do not accept general returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed and processed. Customers are requested to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the outer packaging

After verification, if the product is found to be damaged or defective, we may, at our discretion:

  • Arrange a replacement, OR

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
